20080216 Mass at St Bernard : Photos taken (with pastoral permission) during 5:30pm Mass, Saturday, February 16, 2008, at St Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic Church, Dallas, Texas. Celebrant was Fr Jack Melito, brother of St Bernard's late pastor, Fr Gus Melito, who died a year ago. Current pastor Fr Martin Moreno concelebrated and the fathers were joined at the altar by Deacon John Kelly.

2007 SBCCS Graduation : A selection of photos taken 5-24-2007 at the St. Bernard of Clairvaux Catholic School Eighth Grade Graduation Mass and awards ceremonies, in Dallas, Texas. There are a couple different ways to view the pictures. To view a specific photo, page through the thumbnails until you find the photo you want, then click on the thumbnail. To view all the photos in sequence, click on the enlargement of the first photo, then use the left and right arrow keys in the slideshow to move from picture to picture. For the most part the photos are not captioned. They are organized chronologically. NOTE: Occasionally it takes a few seconds for the web site to load the next photo. If this happens, please be patient. No flash was used for photos inside the church, for example, during the presentation of diplomas. Instead, I used a pair of "fast" lenses (lenses with very large apertures). But due to the low lighting conditions, some of the photos are somewhat "noisy". As you select your viewing size or order prints, keep in mind that, the larger the view (or the larger the print), the more noticeable the noise. To order a print, click on the shopping cart icon above the photo you are interested in. I gave a few of the photos a black and white treatment, which can make a photo more dramatic. 20080417 SBCCS 8th Grade Play : SBCCS eighth grade play, taken April 17, 2008. The play was a comedy about a tongue-twister competition. BEST WAY TO VIEW PHOTOS is to place mouse over a photo and select "large" size viewing. This puts the photos into a floating later where you can move from one to the next by using the right arrow key (left arrow to go back).
